Covid-19: 10,023 people died in Italy

In Italy, more than 10,000 people have died since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, according to the latest data from the Civil Protection Agency.

Worldwide, the number of cases as per reports has reached more than 600,000, of which more than 131,000 people have recovered. More than 27,000 have died.

Italy recorded the most deaths with 10,023 fatalities with nearly 92,500 cases, while Spain has 5,812 deaths and more than 72,200 confirmed cases. China, the ground zero of the virus, followed Spain with 3,100 deaths and nearly 82,000 cases.
