Supreme Court Reserves Order On 4G Restoration
New Delhi – The Supreme Court on Monday reserved orders on the petitions seeking restoration of 4G internet speed in Jammu and Kashmir, particularly to enable access to enable access to health services and online education during COVID-19 lockdown.
A three-judge bench headed by Justice NV Ramana heard the the petitions led by ‘Foundation of Media Professionals’, ‘Private Schools Association of J&K’ and Soayib Qureshi via video conferencing.
The bench said that it is taking into consideration all the issues in the matter and that it does not require any additional material in the case.
“We will pass appropriate orders in the case,” Justice Ramana said.
