TRAFFIC POLICE HEADQUARTERS, J&K, JAMMU/SRINAGAR
TRAFFIC PLAN & ADVISORY FOR 11-01-2021
NHW-44.
Subject to fair weather and better road condition, Light Motor Vehicles (passenger) shall be allowed from *Srinagar towards Jammu* on Jammu-Srinagar NHW. TCU Srinagar shall liaise with TCU Ramban before releasing the traffic.
CUT OFF TIMING:
LMVs from Zig (Qazigund) 0800 hrs to 1300 hrs
*No Vehicle shall be allowed before & after cut off timing.*
HMVs/Load Carriers
Only stranded Vehicles between Jawahar Tunnel and *Zig (Qazigund) shall be allowed towards Jammu*. No HMV shall be allowed in opposite direction due to single stretch between Ramban and Banihal .
SFs Convoy Movement
Security Forces are advised/requested not to ply against advisory/traffic plan in view of traffic congestion on Jammu-Srinagar NHW. *They may ply from Srinagar towards Jammu*
NOTE- On 15-01-2021 Friday , there shall be no traffic movement on Jammu-Srinagar NHW from either side in view of maintenance/repairing of the NHW.*
MUGHAL ROAD
Mughal road is blocked due to snow accumulation.
SSG ROAD
SSG road is closed by the J&K Govt. vide DIVCOM Kashmir's order No 400/2020 dated 30-12-2020 till further orders.

People are advised to undertake journey on NHW-44 only after confirming status of the road from Traffic control units as under:-
