Good news for LPG customers, now book cylinders from three dealers simultaneously

In good news, LPG customers will now be able to book their cylinders at three dealers simultaneously. The move will help people who book a refill but the new cylinder isn't delivered in 4-5 days due to unavailability. It creates trouble for them if the cylinder runs out.
Now the cylinders can be booked from three dealers simultaneously and can be taken from any dealer who delivers it first.
Additionally, the central government has now expanded the scope of the Ujjwala Yojna. Under the scheme, 1 crore free connections will be given in the next two years. Apart from this, the government has also changed the rule of booking for the supply and supply of cylinders.

Oil Secretary Tarun Kapoor has said that the work of distributing 1 crore free connections will be done in the next 2 years.

The government is trying to deliver LPG cylinders to every house through the Ujjwala scheme. For this, connections will also be given to people who have less documents. The government claims that connections will also be given without an address proof.
Preparations are being made to give about 1 crore more people under the Ujjwala scheme. It is obvious that a huge budget will also be spent in this, although it is a different matter that there is no provision for allocation for this scheme separately in the budget. The government says that with the subsidy that is going on now, the work of distributing connections will be completed easily.

So far, over 8 crore people have been given free connection under the Prime Minister Ujjwala Yojana. During the budget, it was informed that 1 crore people are still deprived of LPG connection, who will be given free connection through the Ujjwala scheme.
